Hey Robert, thanks for coming by TD Helps! There are a few ways we can share with you on how to retrieve your recent transactions on your Checking Account.
You first option is to contact us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, we would be happy to go over your account with you.
If you know your account number, which can be located at the bottom of your personal checks or top right on your paper statements, you may contact our Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). You will also need your PIN number, if this is the first time using the automated system, the PIN number will be the last four digits of your Social Security number or Tax Identification number if this is a Business account, which you will be required to change. Once you're able to verify your account via this system, you would have the ability to review your account information.
If you have a TD Debit Card, you may view your account information Online at www.tdbank.com. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Again, you will need your TD Debit Card along with your Account Number, Social Security Number and E-Mail Address. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to assist! You may also visit your local TD Store for help. Once you've successfully enrolled for Online Banking, you will then be able to view your account transactions along with that deposit in question. You could even download the TD Mobile App to do your Banking on the go!
TD Bank Mobile Banking App is compatible with iPhone, Android, and Blackerry phones. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. You can also wish visit the AppStore to download the TD Bank App. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
As mentioned, you could always visit your TD Store for further help! For a list of Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Robert. Enjoy your day and please let us know if you have any other questions.
