Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, John. We'd be glad to help!
In order to determine the balance owed and also pay off if necessary, you may contact our Recovery Department directly; they may be reached Monday through Friday 8 am-9 pm and Saturday 8 am-5 pm at 800-742-2651.
You may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hours to make the payments. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can request to open a new account with TD Bank. For information on the current Checking accounts TD Bank offers, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/UR7yr0. You are also able to receive a custom recommendation by using our Checking Selector here: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7.
If you are interested in Savings accounts with us, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1l6nLQ7 . You can also receive a customized recommendation for our Savings accounts too! Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1hXi2wF.
Once you have decided on the account you'd like to open, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000, process your application online by selecting "Open Account'' beneath the product of your choosing or by visiting a TD Store.
Regardless of the method you choose, you will need a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number.
We hope this helps, John and have a good night.
