Thank you for choosing TD Bank, Georgette. We'll be glad to help with more information on how to obtain your account number.
If you have received temporary checks when your new Checking account was set up, you may locate your account number by checking out this link: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
If you have not received any temporary checks you can still enroll for Online Banking without the account number. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, we would be happy to help! Once you are enrolled for Online Banking, you will be able to view your account number on the welcome page after logging on.
Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, e-mail or over the phone.
Have a great evening, Georgette and please don't hesitate to reply back if you have any additional questions.
