Since it sounds as though you recently opened your account, you may not be signed up for Online Banking yet. No worries though, as long as you have an ATM/Visa Debit Card you can enroll using the self-service option online. To do so, check out http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you click on the link, you will then follow the prompt to get set up!
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit Card, that's okay too as we have dedicated Customer Service Representatives available 24/7 who can help you. To reach them, please dial 888-751-9000. If you have a business account without an ATM/Visa Debit Card we do ask that you stop by a TD Bank location for assistance in setting up BusinessDirect.
