If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
If you do not recall your user name, we invite you to contact us at the phone number listed above. One of our Specialists can verify your user name for you and can assist with any questions you may have.
If you're already enrolled in Online Banking and cannot log in, you may reset your password through our Self-Service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password. Please keep in mind, your new password will have to be between 8-32 characters, containing both letters and numbers.
If you know your current password and would like to change it, please visit: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Enter your user name and current password and click Log In. Next, select the "Customer Service" tab and then "Change Password."
