I created a new account but it’s not showing up

Based on your question, it sounds as though you are already enrolled in online banking with an existing account. To gain access to your new account through online banking, you may call us directly at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon account verification, a Representative will be happy to add your new account to your online banking profile.
If you'd prefer, you may also request to have your new account added to your existing profile by sending us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. In your message, please be sure to include your request.
