Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Thomas! We are happy to answer your question about Online Banking.
If you wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and email address. Once at the page, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a User Name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you have business accounts and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/debit card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password.
If you do not have an ATM/debit card for your business, please visit your local TD Bank Store for further assistance. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking and currently are able to view your Checking account online, you have a few options to add your Savings account to your existing Online Banking:
You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we can make your Savings account viewable online right away. You may also submit this request by sending us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” A Representative from the Store will also be able to assist with linking your Savings account to your Checking account Online.
