Welcome to TD Helps, Raymond. We'd be happy to help you log in to your accounts. To log in to your Online Banking account, you must first be enrolled. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). In case you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Representative. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started. Additionally, if you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/Debit Card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Please click on Continue and complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your temporary User ID and password. If you've already created an online account, you're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or please use http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 for BusinessDirect. You'll be asked to input your User Name and Password. If you're unable to recall this information or your account has become locked due to a few attempts, you're welcome to give one of our Banking Specialists a call using the above number. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
