Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Kamisha. We'd be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking.
First, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. During this step, you will be asked if you'd like to enroll in paperless statements. If you make the selection here to do so, your account will be successfully enrolled! Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, that’s okay! You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
