Hello TD Team, My husband and I are preparing our mortgage application package and are in need of two recent TD bank documents that we cannot seem to obtain online nor at the teller in person:
1) Copy of a check deposited into savings (acct# ending in xxxx--we need a check "front" image)
2) Copy of our "formal" savings account statement (acct# ending; we need July-Aug statement), so far only able to print online transactions/history or obtain the same from teller/branch.

Thanks for checking out TD Helps with your question, April! We're more than glad to answer any questions you may have.
The quickest and most convenient way to request a copy of a check that was deposited into your Savings account, is to do so via your Online Banking. If you have not yet enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so at: https://go.td.com/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
Once you've enrolled, you will need to send a Secure Message. To send a Secure Message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Please select "General Customer Service" from the drop down box, then fill in the necessary fields with details of your request.
For copies of your statements, you are able to print them fast and easy on your own, simply by using your Online Banking! If you're currently using our TD Online Banking, after logging in to your account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are unable to print your statements, you also have the ability to send a Secure Message following the same instructions provided above.
In addition to the steps provided above for both check copies, as well as statement copies, you are also welcome to give our Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be happy help! If you are able to visit a local TD Store, you can also request check and statement copies to be printed during lobby hours. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Thanks again for stopping by, April, and we hope this helps you. Feel free to reply on TD Helps with any questions you have!
