Thanks for stopping by today, Denise. We'd be happy to help you obtain check copies.
Even though you've closed your account, we're still able to research copies for you! Please know that TD Bank retains seven years of history for accounts in our records, and we`d be able to provide you with copies from this time frame.
To better assist you, you will need to request check copies by stopping by any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours with your valid photo ID. Any one of our dedicated Customer Service Specialists would be able to assist. To find a TD Bank near you, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have an active account here with us, you are able to call us 24/7 so we may submit a request for your copies. To reach a live Representative, please dial 888-751-9000. After we verify your active account's information, we'll be glad to assist you in obtaining the copies you need.
Please also note, depending on the copies you are looking for, fees may apply. For more information, please refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (located under “copies”).
We hope this helps, Denise and have a good day.
