The bank was TD bank. I went about 1200 in overdrafts in the whole an was closed. A saving I had went only like $25 in the whole . Would I be able to open up a new account. or would I probably have to pay off the balances and start over. This situation happened in 2013. Everything that went wrong that could happen did. Now I am disabled and I am going to receive a check but I wanna do this right. any ideas?
