Welcome to TD Helps, Margaret and we appreciate your question.
If you wish to cancel the existing online banking profile under your name, we ask that you connect with us at 888-751-9000. Our Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they’ll be able to help. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
After your online banking profile is canceled and if your husband is still unable to enroll for online banking under his information, please ask him to reach out to us directly at the same telephone number listed above for immediate assistance. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours for assistance. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd also like to share with you the option of viewing TD Visa credit card online by enrolling the card directly on the TD Card Services website at http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, and you will need the card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please ask your husband to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get him up and running if he is the primary card holder.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one, Margaret.
