Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Patricia. We'd be more than happy to guide you in the right direction to order a new ATM card.
We welcome you to call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. After account verification, we'd be happy to process your request and mail you a new ATM card.
You also have the option of sending us a Secure Message via your TD Bank Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us at the number listed above. After you've successfully enrolled, to send Secure Messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
You should expect to receive your new TD ATM card in the mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Finally, your last option is to visit us at your nearby TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help and you can even receive your new ATM card immediately at the Store. Additionally, if your ATM is linked to a business account, to obtain a new card you can send us a Secure Message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
