Great question, Rabab and thanks for getting in touch with us!
When a debit card is expiring, a replacement card will automatically be mailed to you about 30 days prior to your card expiration. Debit cards are valid until the last day of the month listed as the expiration month on your card. If your card has already expired, you should have received a new one before the expiration date.
If you haven't received the one we sent, no worries! We'd be glad to help you. We invite you to call one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, who are available 24/7. They can verify your address on file and issue a replacement card for you by mail, which will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
If you'd like, you're also welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours near you to pick up a new debit card. For locations and hours near you, please see http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that the card number issued to you at a Store may not be the same as your current card number.
Hope this helps a bit, Rabab! Let us know about any questions and we look forward to speaking with you again soon.
