Thanks for your question, Emily! We'd be happy to help you order checks.
You're able to order checks by signing in to Online Banking here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. After you sign in, be sure that your address is up to date before following the steps below:
-Click on the Account Options tab located at the top of your screen
-Click on the Order Checks link located in the right-hand column, the next link from the top
-Select the account for which you would like to order checks and click Continue
-Click on OK to open a new window
-Your previous order will be displayed. You can click on Order to proceed with the same checks previously purchased.
-If you choose to order something new, click View All next to the product category and proceed with your new order.
You may skip to step five and checkout if you do not wish to order other accessories.
If you have trouble, feel free to call a Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit a TD Store during lobby hours or send a secure message to place a check order.
You can send a secure message from within Online Banking 'Send a secure message' located by selecting Account Options followed by Account Services. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
