Welcome to TD Helps, Maria.
We're so sorry to hear that you never had personal checks ordered for your account, and we'll be more than happy to help!
There are a couple ways you're able to place your order, and we'll be happy to provide all your options so that you may choose whichever method is the most convenient for you!
You're first welcome to place a new check order by logging directly into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you still haven't enrolled in Online Banking, that's okay! You may click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, your Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
If you have any trouble enrolling, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be more than happy to help! Banking Specialist can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, they are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you're able to access your account, towards the top, right hand side of your screen, you'll first want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab. Once there, under the 'Special Request and Documents' section, click on the 'Order Checks' hyperlink. Next, select the account you wish to order checks for, and then press 'Continue'. After doing so, you will be redirected to another page, and you're welcome to either do a 'Quick Order', or you can also view our full catalog. Simply follow the prompts, and once you have confirmed that all your information is correct, you'll be all set!
Typically, your checks will arrive within 7-10 business days, and it's also important to note that a fee may be assessed, and that this fee can vary depending on your account type. To determine what the fee may be for your account, we invite you to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu, and then select the 'Compare Accounts' tab. Under the 'Checks' section, you can find more information on what this fee should be.
If you have trouble ordering your checks online, don't worry! We're always here to help. You're welcome to call the number mentioned above, and a Banking Specialist will gladly process your check order for you. Or, if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps!
Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can answer any additional questions for your, Maria, and we hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
