Is there a fee and how long does it take?

We offer Foreign Exchange Services at all of our TD Bank locations. Anyone may purchase or exchange foreign currency and some of our locations have limited supplies on hand.
We recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the amount you're requesting is available. For phone numbers, hours and locations of our TD Stores please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If in the case your TD Store does not have the Canadian funds available, you can place an order for the amount in which you need. When placing an order, it is important to do so prior to 3:00PM and please allow at least two business days for your order to arrive. Prior to your travels, we suggest placing a travel notification on your account so you don't run into any inconveniences. You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Banking Specialist place a travel notification on your account.
You also have the option of sending a Secure Message through your Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security number, and email address. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message." If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable. If you need help enrolling, feel free to contact us a by telephone at the number listed above and after account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. If you prefer, you may also visit your local TD Bank, during lobby hours to have the travel notification placed for you.
