You'll be happy to know that there are multiple ways that you can order deposit tickets for your account. Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours or you can order them through our Retail online banking or TD BusinessDirect. Once your order is placed, it can take up to 7-10 business days for shipping, depending on your postal service or on the shipping method that you choose. If you're not currently enrolled for Retail Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above.
If you're currently not enrolled in TD BusinessDirect, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Please be sure to have your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password. Once enrolled, you can call a Tech Support Specialist at 800-493-7562 using Option 2 anytime for support.
After you're enrolled for Retail Online Banking or TD BusinessDirect, sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab, select Order Checks and follow the prompts. Please note that you'll be able to order deposits tickets through the same portal that you can order checks.
