If your account has a negative balance but is still active at this time, we ask that you connect with us at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we would be happy to review your account with you.
If your account has become closed due to the balance, we ask you to speak to our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. They would be able to provide more information and assist you at that time.
