Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Tom, Danbury
Good evening Tom,
Great having you with us!
We'd be glad to tell you more about making your auto loan payoff and getting your lien release as quickly as possible.
There are a couple of possibilities depending upon where your loan is held.
If your loan was funded by TD Auto Finance, for your best and quickest payment options we recommend reaching out to them directly. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm at 800-556-8172 to help you. You can also find some assistance on their site at: http://bit.ly/1GaNthy. Also check out this page: http://bit.ly/1BZSbAo for instructions to complete your payoff.
On the other hand, if your loan is held here at TD Bank, N.A., you have a few other payment options. You can reach us by phone directly at 800-937-5020, 24/7 to obtain the payoff figure and complete a payment. Or, if you have already obtained tthe payoff amount you can also complete this online via transfer from an existing TD Bank deposit account, or by visiting any TD Bank Store: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To determine the time frame for receiving your lien release from us once you've made the final payment, we'd need to determine if the title for your car would be paper or electronic for your State. To find this out, you're more than welcome to reach us as just mentioned, either by phone or at one of our Stores, so we can better assist you.
Thanks again for getting in touch with us, Tom.
Hoping this is helpful for you! Have a wonderful night.
