Thanks for writing in, Chris. We would be more than happy to help answer your question.
If you're a TD Bank Customer with a Checking or Money Market account, you are more than welcome to use our free Bill Pay service, which is available to you via your Online Banking account. If you are making a payment to a third-party company, such as your credit cards and other utilities you might need to pay, you'll want to use Bill Pay service for this type of payment. We invite you to take a look at our Bill Pay FAQs by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7.
Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To begin using Bill Pay, once you're logged in please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! Please follow any prompts to get started.
And as always, we're glad to help you. If you find you have any questions or need assistance, please give one of our Tech Support Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562, using Option 3. Or, come see us at any TD Bank Store for further help, and you can find your closest location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're not a Customer or if you prefer, you may contact Target Credit Services by calling (800) 659-2396, as they service all RED cards. You may also visit a Target Store for further assistance.
Hope you find this information useful and have a nice day,

Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Shalmyy.
It sounds as though you're looking to pay your Target REDCard online, and if this is the case, we're happy to announce that the information our friend Brian provided above is still accurate!
If you're a TD Bank Customer, we'd like to recommend reviewing his response for all the different options you have when looking to make an online payment directly from your TD Bank deposit account.
If you're not a TD Bank Customer, and are attempting to pay your REDCard using your financial institution, please understand that while TD Bank may finance Target's REDCard's, the cards are monitored by Target Guest Services. For further assistance, we'd like to recommend that you connect with Target directly. We're happy to announce that the number our friend Brian provided above, (800) 659-2396, is still the best way in which you're able to connect with a Specialist, or if you'd prefer, you may also visit your nearest Target Store for assistance.
Thanks again for stopping by.
Have a great day, Shalmyy!
