Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Jane. We would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
If you simply need your available balance, you may visit any TD Bank location with your photo identification and request your available balance. To find a TD Bank Store near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're looking for something more formal, we do provide Personal Deposit Account Verifications for our Customers. You may mail or fax your written request to us.
Your written request should provide specific details about what information you want disclosed in the letter we'll send and where the completed request should be forwarded to (for example, do you need it faxed, mailed or both and the address or fax number). You'll also need to also sign and date the request and then mail or fax to the information provided below:
Address: TD Bank, N.A.
Attn: Verifications of Deposit
PO Box 3126 Lewiston, ME 04243 Mailstop: ME2-001-031
Fax: (855) 588-8147
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you are looking to obtain a copy of your statement, there are a few options. We can mail you a paper copy of your current statement for the checking account. You may place a statement request by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. You should expect to receive the copy in approximately 7 to 10 business days. To obtain a copy in a shorter amount of time, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store.
Another way to obtain your statements is by logging into your personal online account at http://bit.ly/SMUhhl. This option allows you to print statements in the comfort of your home. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number and debit or ATM card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process.
Finally, you can send us a written authorization request via fax to 856-533-1138. Attention: Fulfillment. Please include the following: Your name as shown on your account, your account number, details of your statements cycle dates, and your signature. Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this helps, Jane. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
