If you are looking to close your CD, in order to do so we ask that you step inside any TD Bank Store nearby you for assistance. Kindly keep in mind that you'll want to visit during the 10-day grace period at account maturity so that we can make any changes to the CD that you prefer. If you decide you will keep the CD, but as you mention you would like to make a deposit or withdrawal from the account, this also will need to be completed at any Store during the grace period.
If you decide that a different term would be better for you, but are otherwise keeping the account the same, you can certainly give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and we can renew your CD account for you. Please note that this change must also be completed during the grace period.
