Thanks for joining us today, Kendra. We'd be glad to help.
Based on your question, it sounds like you've recently forgotten your password and have discussed it with a Representative already.
If this is the case, you are able to enter your temporary password by visiting the sign in page found here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. When you enter your user name and password, you will be asked to update your temporary password to something unique that you create. Please keep these tips in mind:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
-Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
-Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you still have trouble logging in, feel free to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Kendra and have a good day.
