I was locked out of my TD Bank mobile account after incorrectly entering the security question.

Security questions can be quite tricky sometimes. The answers aren't case sensitive, but they are sensitive to everything else: spelling, spaces, punctuations and abbreviations. Your answers must match identically to how it was originally answered when it was first set up.
