I have previously made transfers to my B of A account , from my TD account. This option is now missing from my drop-down list. How do I get it back?

Thanks for getting in touch with us today, Barry and sorry to hear about any troubles with a transfer! We would be glad to help out.
We'd like to let you know that your external accounts are not listed on the main "Transfers" page when logging in online. Instead, they are listed on a separate page under that tab. Please follow these steps to locate that page:
-Log in to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the Transfers tab
-Under the Tabs bar at the top, click on the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank" link
-On this page, any external accounts you have already set up should be available in the drop-down boxes.
If for any reason your other account isn't listed, feel free to click on the "Add a New Account" link on the right side to set this up.
