Someone has requested I accept a payment as an ACH payment, I have never used this before and don't know what information to send them to get a payment. I do not have a business account but have a personal checking account.

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Eric. In order to receive an ACH deposit into your personal TD Bank Checking account, it is necessary to provide the following information to any individual or financial institution sending funds to you: 1. Your account number 2. Your routing number 3. Your name, exactly as it appears on your account 4. Your Account type Routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For example, if you opened your account at a TD Bank location in Connecticut, the routing number for your account should be 011103093. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. You may also view your routing on the bottom of your personal checks. The Routing number is the first set of numbers. You can also view your Account number; it will be the second set of numbers. Take a look here for an example: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. If you do not have any checks and are unsure of your routing number, you can contact us at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, available 24/7, and our Specialists would be happy to confirm this information with you. Your Checking account number can also be found on the paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page.If you need assistance locating your account number, please visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours. For a list of Store locations and hours, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Let us know if you have any further questions. We are always here to help. Have a pleasant week.
