Hi Cameron, thanks for connecting with us this morning. We're glad you came to TD Helps with your online issue.
We'd be glad to help you recover your Username and get back online; however since this is considered an unsecure forum, we don't have the account information that we need to access your account(s). To best assist you, we recommend reaching out to us directly at 888-751-9000 when you have the chance (or 800-493-7562 option #2 if you're a BusinessDirect Customer). After properly authenticating your account, a Banking Specialist can recover the Username you enrolled with and even help troubleshoot any Password issues you may have.
Also Cameron, we notice you may be reaching out to us from Ontario. If this is the case and you bank with us at TD Canada Trust, you can follow this link to recover your Username: http://bit.ly/1kTKzBE. If you then click on the option "Forgot your Username or Password?" you can choose to either log in with your Access Card Number, or have your Username emailed to you (as long as you know your current Password). If you need any further help, please reach out to our partners at TD Canada Trust at 866-222-3456.
We hope this helps Cameron. Our dedicated Banking Specialists are available at the numbers above 24/7 if you need any further assistance. Have a great week!
