It's our pleasure to have you here on TD Helps, Sheila! We're happy to help with your automatic payments.
Since we're uncertain from your message how you may have set up this automatic payment, we'll review a few possibilities with you.
If you have a recurring payment established for your credit card using TD Bank Bill Pay, please follow the steps below to cancel this payment series:
-Log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq:
-Click on the Bill Pay tab
-Click on the manage your Bills tab
-Select your Biller Name from the drop-down list
-Select the Delete Automatic Payment choice
-A pop-up box will confirm your choice to delete this series of payments
Kindly note that if you have more than one set of recurring payments set up for this biller, you'll want to select the appropriate one (such as Delete Automatic Payment 1, or Delete Automatic Payment 2) in the next to last step.
If your Credit Card is held through TD Bank and you set up the automatic payment directly through them, feel free to reach TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For questions, please call us! We're here for you all the time at 888-751-9000, and our Specialists will be more than glad to review the payment you have set up and let you know all of your options. Or, if this is set up via Bill Pay and you're in need of assistance, reach our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. We're also in our Stores right now and you may find your closest one here: http://bit.ly/TDStores if you'd like to visit.
If you have another credit card company and they have the payments set up for you, please reach them directly for assistance.
Hope this helps, Sheila and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
