I signed up for this streaming site called lilplay and after further reading it's a scam even though at the top of the site it had a green lock. I am on a 5 day free trial and I do not want to be charged and want no association with this site please help please.

Thanks for joining us, Miguel and we'd be happy to discuss your options with you.
As you wrote in that you initially authorized the payment to Lilplay, we recommend first giving them a call to cancel your services with this merchant. It's recommended to check with the merchant for the possibility of a refund before filing a claim with TD Bank.
If you attempt to resolve this with Lilplay and you encounter any difficulty or are otherwise unable to get a refund from them, you can then dispute the item with us. Since you mentioned that the charge was made via your debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim.
We hope this information helps, Miguel and have a wonderful evening.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
