Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Eric. Reordering checks can be done a few different ways and we'll be happy to let you know those ways.
If you already use online banking and are looking to reorder checks, you can do so right through our website by following the steps below:
• Log in to www.tdbank.com
• Click on the Customer Service tab
• Under Self Service section click on Order Checks
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to reorder checks or simply just to enroll for Online Banging, you can enroll for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, or if you need any assistance enrolling please call 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists available 24/7. You could also stop by any local TD Bank Store and they would be happy to help! Here is a link for you to view TD Bank location details and hours: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you happen to be a business customer, you may reorder checks by logging into BusinessDirect. If you have not enrolled for BusinessDirect Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and please choose Business from the drop down box. Once at the “Sign Up for TD Bank Business Direct” page, please complete the application. To fill the application, the following information will be required: Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and an e-mail address. When finished with the application, a confirmation e-mail will be sent and will arrive within 2 business days, which contains the User ID and password. If you're having trouble setting up the account online, please visit us at any TD store for further assistance. Please followhttp://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours.
Once you've enrolled, please go to the "Customer Service" tab; under "Account Services" please click on "Reorder Checks". You will then be taken to the "Check Reorder" page where you will select the specific business account you are reordering checks for. Once you select "Continue", a window will open for you to begin your reorder.
Keep in mind that prices vary and will be provided at the time you place your order. Once you complete your order, charges will automatically be debited from your TD Bank account and your order will be shipped to the address on your account.
Additionally, if you have never ordered checks with TD Bank before you will have to either call us or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order. Here is a link for you to view TD Bank location details and hours: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note, after your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
We hope this helps, Eric and enjoy the rest of you day!

Thanks for joining us today, Beverly.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing, and we'll be more than happy to help!
TD Bank recently performed an update to our Personal Online Banking, and because of this, some of the information Yen provided above may not be accurate; however, please don't worry! We'll be happy to guide you on how you may order checks using the new online banking.
To get started, you'll first want to log in using this link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and once you have logged in; you'll next want to hover over the 'Account Options' tab, and then click on 'Account Services.' From here, on the top of your screen, you should see an 'Order Checks' section. After selecting your account from the drop down box, simply click 'Order Checks' to get started!
If you have any trouble, that's okay, as we're here to help! Banking Specialist can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Beverly!
