Thanks for your question, Bambi. We'd be glad to help you replace your debit card.
First, in order to have a new debit card mailed to your new address, you must update your address information.
If you're enrolled in Online Banking for at least 30 days, you can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to change your address. To do so, please select the Customer Service tab on the top right hand side of the page. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address." Here you can update and save your new contact information to be effective within 1-2 business days.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help you enroll and update your address.
Similarly, you are able to update your address by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once your address has been updated, you are able to send us a secure message via Online Banking, call us 24/7 using the number mentioned above or visit any TD Store to obtain a new debit card.
If you choose to send a message or call us, please know it may take up to 7-10 business days for your new card to arrive at your address.
Our TD Stores offer instant issue debit cards. If you decide to visit a TD Store, please be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this helps, Bambi and have a good day.
Megan K, Mount Laurel
