We're sorry to hear that you've lost your Debit Card, Natasha. We'd be glad to help with the upcoming steps.
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your Debit Card for your account's security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card.
After account verification, our Specialists would also be able to submit a request to have a Card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your post office your new Card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
You are also able to visit a TD Store to close your Debit Card and have a new one reissued. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. for your visit (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
If you prefer, you are able to send a secure message via Online Banking to close your Card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists or visit a TD Store.
