I don't know my account PIN, because I don't have it written with the rest of my info and to the best of my knowledge this is the first time I've been asked for it. How do I reset my account PIN. I don't remember setting one in the first place.

Thanks for reaching out to us here at TD Helps. We'd be happy to help you reset your PIN.
If you're referring to your TD Bank VISA Debit Card PIN, then you can reset it anytime 24/7 by calling 888-553-4122. As long as you know your current PIN, you'll be able to follow the prompts and reset your card to a new PIN of your choosing. Or, you could stop by your nearest TD Bank Store location found here http://bit.ly/TDStores to reset your PIN if you aren't completely sure what the current one is. Just stop by during lobby hours and we'll gladly reset it for you in person.
If your debit card has been locked due to unsuccessful PIN attempts, we encourage you to reach out to a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000. After authenticating your account, one of our Banking Specialists can assist and remove any block on your debit card if necessary. You may still need to stop into a TD Bank Store to reset the PIN if you're unsure of it. Or, we could mail a PIN reminder to the address we have on your account if you'd still like to keep the current PIN for your card.
If you're having trouble with your PIN on our Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system, then please reach out to a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 so that we may best assist you. We can help reset your Phone Code on our Bank-by-Phone system if necessary and provide the answers to any account-related questions that you have. We're available 24/7 to help with this.
We hope this helps, Gary . Please connect with us again if you have any other questions. Have a great night!
