You are able to call our TD Go Card Specialists 24/7 by dialing 855-219-8050. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to assist you with your user name and password. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Keep in mind that when signing in to your son's TD Go Card account online, you are able to use the Card number or a user name.
