We appreciate you writing in today, Brandi. Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your Online Banking. We'll be sure to help you log back in.
If you remember your Online Banking User Name and have U.S. Social Security number; however, have forgotten your Password, you do have the option to reset your Password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the Password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer two Security Questions; after successfully answering the Security Questions, you will be able to reset your Password.
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
