Happy Saturday, Maria, and welcome to TD Helps!
We're sorry to hear that you may have forgotten your password, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, we do offer our Customers with the ability to use a self-service password reset feature; however, please know that TD Bank is currently performing an update to our online banking. This upgrade will take place today, February 10th, until tomorrow, February 11th. Because of this upgrade, you will unfortunately be unable to access this feature at this time, but we'll still be happy to provide you with the instructions you'll need to do so!
To find this feature, you'll first want to access our main webpage, www.tdbank.com. Then, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a green hyperlink that reads 'Forgot your password.' By clicking on this link, you'll be prompted to enter in your User Name, followed by your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number.
If you have any trouble at all, please don't hesitate to connect with us directly, and we'll be happy to help! Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, or you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Maria!
Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, and enjoy the rest of your afternoon.
