To begin, please log onto your online banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please see below for step-by-step instructions:
-Click on the Customer Service tab
-Select "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address" link under the "Self Service" option
-Click the accounts you'd like to update the email address for than fill in the necessary fields.
-Please be sure to click "Send" to update your information.
Please allow approximately 24 business hours for your request to be received and 3-5 business days for your information to be updated.

Is my user name the same set of credentials that I use to log in to e-Treasury or is it my e-mail address ?
I am logging in to my business account and the last 4 of our Tax ID Bob
