Hey Angelo, welcome to TD Helps.
To reset your password, please visit the Online Banking log-on screen by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once at the log-on screen, select “Trouble Logging In” under the Password field. You’ll be asked to provide your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You’ll then have the opportunity to choose a new password once you’ve correctly answered two of your Security Questions.
If you’re unsure of the answers to your Security Questions, feel free to contact a TD Bank Online Specialist 24 hours a day at 1-800-493-7562, who will assist you in resetting your Password.

A Social Security number (SSN) is a nine-digit number issued to US citizens, permanent residents, and temporary (working) residents. Your Social Security number consists of 9 digits.
When resetting your Online Banking password via the self-service feature at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, we do require you to input the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you do not know this information or do not have a Social Security number, you are always welcome to call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, we'd be happy to help. You may also visit your local TD Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
TD Bank routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. If your account was opened in Florida, your routing number should be: 031201360. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are not certain which TD location you opened your account at, we invite to give us a call 24/7 at the number provided above for confirmation of your routing number or feel free to visit us during lobby hours for assistance.
