Hi Michael, there are a couple of options to consider when resetting your password.
You may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. When you're at the login page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Choose the account type and type in your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password no problem! When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
There are other options we can offer you if you cannot provide the information required. You can call us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7. Good news about that number is that we can even help you out with your business accounts if that's what you're looking for. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. Also, you're always welcome to visit us at any TD Bank location. We love visits and invite you to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Credit Card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist.
