Thanks for stopping by today, Rose! We'll be glad to give you some options on how to change your password for your accounts. If you know your current login credentials for your personal TD Bank Online Banking account, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The second link there will be able to help you; please click on Change Password to complete an update. If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the links to change this information at the Service Center tab. Click on Change Password, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom. If you cannot log in, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password box. Select the account type, input your User Name and enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer two security questions; after successfully answering the questions, you will be able to reset your password. If you are attempting to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your personal account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone), you may request to change it by calling Customer Service 24/7 at the phone number listed below, if you know your current password. Or if you prefer, you can send a secure message through your Online Banking account by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send Message" option. Please be sure to include your current password and new password in the message so that we can assist you with your request.
