I went to log into my account, and I can't remember my password. I can't get my password resent to me because I did not set up a security question. How can I reset my password?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble resetting your password, Lauren. We'd be glad to help.
As you've mentioned that you have not set up security questions as of yet, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance with your password. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help reset your password.

If you are referring to a TD Bank Credit Card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist.

If your password isn't working we do offer a self-service to reset it. Please click here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl to access our Password Reset page. You'll need to select your account type, enter your current username, and the last 4 digits of your social security number. You'll then be prompted to answer two of your security questions that would have been set up when you started using online banking. Please note that the responses for these questions are case sensitive. Once you've successfully answered these questions, you'll be able to change your password.
