I was a former employee and did not remember my previous account. I have tried to set up a new one but have not been successful. Any suggestions?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in, Leon. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
To reset your password, please click visit http://bit.ly/Xd5ppQ and click on "Forgot your password?" link at the right hand side of the website. Once the new screen appears, enter the email address you registered with your username. A password recovery email will then be sent to that address. If you did not enter a contact email address for your profile, you can answer the security question you selected when you set up your account, and you can reset your password in that screen.
