If you remember both your User Name and Password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account Online Banking. If you are signed up for our Retail online banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
If you have forgotten your current User Name and Password, we ask that you connect with us at 888-751-9000. Our Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to your Online Banking. You could also visit your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will be able to help you during lobby hours. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
