Thanks for joining in the conversation, Christopher.
You may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password. When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you are unable to provide the information needed, that’s okay! There are other options we can offer you! You can call us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. If you are unable to successfully verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you can visit us at any local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
However, if you are referring to your TD Bank Credit Card, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.

Will not let me log in. Says my password is invalid

In reply to Deborah, Windsor
Thanks for joining us, Deborah.
We'd be happy to help troubleshoot this with you. To start, please click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log in. Because passwords are case sensitive, first ensure that caps lock has not accidentally been turned on. This is a common reason for online passwords to be unaccepted. If you've confirmed this and your password still has not been accepted, you can use the self-service password reset option. To do this, click the 'Forgot your password?' hyperlink. You'll need to select whether it’s a personal or business account, enter your username, and the last four digits of your social security number. You'll then be asked to answer two of your security questions. Please note that these responses are case sensitive as well. After you've submitted your responses, you'll be able to reset your password.
If your password has been entered incorrectly too many times, your online banking could become locked. Should this occur, we would be happy to unlock it for you. We can also reset your password for you by phone or in any of our Stores. To reach us by phone to reset your password or unlock your account, please call 800-493-7562. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help with any online question you may have. To be assisted in person, stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this info helps get you back online, Deborah. If you have any trouble at all, please don't hesitate to give us a call at the number above.
We hope you're having a great day!
