You may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password. When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you are unable to provide the information needed, that’s okay! There are other options we can offer you! You can call us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. If you are unable to successfully verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you can visit us at any local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. If you remember your Online Banking User Name and have U.S. Social Security number; however, have forgotten your Password, you do have the option to reset your Password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the Password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name. Upon proper account verification, we will be able to help you reset your Online Banking Password in no time! You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. If you are referring to your password on www.tdcardservices.com, you can first try the "Recover Password" option on the right side of the logon page as long as you know your current User Name and the Email Address you registered with. If this is unsuccessful or you need any additional help, please contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normal lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification Password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or visit us at your local TD Bank Store.

In order to change your email address on file, you may log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to update this information. After logging in, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, Email Address link to send your new contact information.
Please keep in mind that this change will not update an email address used for alerts. To edit that email address for your alerts, please go to Alerts/Contact Management and provide your new info there.

My account was closed, and I opened a new TD Student Checking account. Someone at TD told me I had to probably reset my online banking account. How to do I do that, since I am unable to log in?
