If you currently know both your User Name and Password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account Online Banking. If you are signed up for our Retail online banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”. If you do not remember your current Username, we can help too! You can contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to your Online Banking. You could also visit your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you. If you are referring to a TD Bank credit card, you can contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist.
