If you know both your User Name and password and are looking to change the information, you can do so by logging in to your online banking at www.tdbank.com and clicking on the “Customer Service” tab. Then you will click on the link that says “Change User Name” under the “Self Service” section, there will be a separate link to “Change Password”.

If you’re referring to TD Bank BusinessDirect, please give us a call at 800-493-7562. If you are referring to a different User Name such as, TD Credit Card, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us at 888-751-9000 24/7 for further support.
