If you currently know your User Name and Password for your personal accounts online, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 if you have a BusinessDirect account) and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first two links there will be able to help you; please click on Change User Name and Change Password to complete an update.
