Thanks for your question to TD Helps today, Chandru! Don't worry; we're more than happy to help you with your Online Banking account.
If you are not locked out of your account and would just like to change the information please log in to your account via http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once logged in, click on the tab labeled "Customer Service." In this area you will see two sections: Self Service and Message Center. Under the Self Service heading you can:
- Change User Name
- Change Password
- Change Security Questions/Answers
If your account has been locked please contact our live Customer Service support that is available 24/7 to help you get you back up and running! We can be reached by dialing 800-493-7562. After we complete account verification, we will walk you through resetting your Online Banking user name and password.
If your inquiry happens to be for your BusinessDirect password, we invite you to call our Digital Team directly at the number listed above. After account verification, we would be happy to help you reset your password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking.
